1. Overview

At  M/s Vermac Tools, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges will be processed.

2. Returns

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
Custom or personalized items.
Gift cards.
Downloadable software products.
Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) if the seal is broken.

2.3 Return Window

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If this period has passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. How to Return an Item

3.1 Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at  vermabelting@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

3.2 Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

4.1 Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

4.2 Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as:

Items with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at 9417175860 and send your item to M/s Vermac Tools, 1382/1, Sukhram Nagar, Opp Jagraon Bridge, Ludhiana-141008 (Punjab).

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
